I changed my billing software to MedLook and haven’t looked back.  It has cut my worktime with all the short cuts, auto fill-in and ease of use.  The software is very compatible with my clearinghouse.  Batch billing is a breeze and easy to track. There are a variety of reports and the formats are flexible.  Anytime I’ve had a question or concern the technical assistance has been outstanding.

I would recommend this software to medical offices or billing companies large or small.  The progam is affordable and has grown with my company.  The MedLook programmers are constantly improving and updating the program and taking suggestions from the users as to what upgrades they would like to see.
