Group and Rendering in Box 33

Is there a way to have the group name and rendering provider's name in box 33? I know the space is tight and I can't seem to figure out how to do it. I have to do this for Amerihealth claims.

You can change the Group Name to show exactly what you want in box 33 on the Edit Doctor dialog. There is definitely a limited amount of space to work with.
