  • Check out our new eTicketing support system!

    We have a new eTicket based support system. This will greatly improve our ability to track and order requests chronologically. For anyone not familiar with this type system: All you have to do is click the support link at the top of the MedLook website, then create and submit new ticket. We will be notified and presented the request. You will instantly receive a confirmation email when you submit the ticket that has a link you can use to view your ticket or communicate further information about your issue. When replying, please do not directly reply to the eTicket emails. Instead, simply follow the link in the email, or log into the support system via email/ticketID on the support page. Also, anyone that uses email regularly to receive support, please switch to the new ticket system.
