Excellent Support!
***Full support is provided for all MedLook On-Line users as part of the service.***
Free Options:
- Email support is free to all users.
- Paying customers are given priority response time.
- Non-support customer email is answered as time allows.
- On-line tutorials.
- An existing library of tutorials is always available on-line.
New tutorials added per request or as needed.
- Blog, Forum, and Facebook.
- Webinars when there is sufficient demand.
- Chat is generally reserved for sales and "light support."
- Context sensitive help and (pdf) manual provided.
This form of assistance will be largely removed in view of
video tutorials and very brief sections of the manual.
Textual documentation is typically out-of-date (a universal problem).
Paid options - Remote Assistance (by LogMeIn Rescue or Glance).
Support logs into clients machine and controls/shares desktop control.
Provided to...
- New users for first 30 to 60 days.
- All customers with support.
- Minimum support clients ($200) for a "reasonable" time (roughly five hours).
- Mid-level support clients ($500) "almost unlimited" (non-abusive).
- Full support clients ($795) without limit.
Support should be limited to using MedLook. This does not generally include
local network issues, internet connectivity, problems with printers, or Windows
security and permission issues. However, these four issues completely dominate our
support time. A local computer service center would be a better source of
support for these issues.
Further, MedLook support should not be used for fixing your computer (defragging
your hard drive, cleaning up your registry, removing viruses, etc.).
Phone and Chat service is provided just as Remote Assistance.
While we admire multi-lingual individuals, we only provide support in US English.
