Patient Labels for Charts. Return to ArchiveMany times it is useful to have a label with just the patient's name printed on it for charts, notes, etc. This can easily be created using the Labels feature.
Select "Patient" labels, your label size, and the patients you need labels for from the grid. Then check the "Exclude Address" option.
Use the "Display" option before printing to verify that you are getting the patients you want, with the information you want, and the right label type. This should save the time from creating these labels by some other means.
